ABOUT THE BOUTIQUE

We would love to invite you to join us and be a vendor for our fourth annual Christmas Boutique! We continue to have successful years, so we look forward to be doing it again this year.
This is a Christmas themed Boutique where we sell crafted items. Customers will be able to purchase Christmas gifts, Christmas decor, furniture, home decor, jewelry, homemade treats and much more. The Boutique is held in a private residence in the Little Valley area of St. George.

If you are interested in becoming a vendor, your items will need to be approved (we don't want to replicate things that other vendors are already selling) so please be sure to include some pictures of what you sell at the end of this application.

This will be a first come first serve upon approval once we have received your application then we will email you to let your know if you were approved. Vendor dead line to apply and pay the $200 fee will be October 5th. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you might have.

As a vendor for this Boutique, what you will need to do is: Label your items, drop off your items on Tuesday November 19th between 3pm and 8pm.  We will display and sell your items on Thursday-Saturday November 21th-23th.. And then you can pick up your money and your unsold items Monday, November 25th between 3pm and 8pm. (we will send you a pick up/drop off sign up sheet) We will be setting up the Boutique, as we have a vision for what we want. We will set up all vendors items, as well as Christmas decor and fill the space with Christmas smells and Christmas music!

1. APPLY

The application process is done through this page of the website. After you read and re-read all the information provided you will need to complete the form provided below. This form will ask you a few comprehension questions to ensure expectations are met across all parties. After you apply, if you are approved, you will receive an email welcoming you to the boutique. In that email you will receive an inventory list, tags, assigned vendor color and number. Please provide an accurate email address in this application.

We are thrilled to have more vendors and want to make this process as frictionless as possible so we can bring more joy this holiday season to not only the customers of the boutique but the vendors and management.

If you are returning vendor, please read carefully the following as we have made changes.

2. INVENTORY LIST
In your packet you will find an inventory list.  Its your responsibility to ensure accurate accounting of the items you are going to sell. This means that you will need to list each item you plan to sell, the quantity of the items and the price.

We utilize the inventory list upon drop off and pick-up to ensure proper accountability of your items and really need you to come prepared with the inventory list in order to do that. This list is a requirement during drop off and we will not be able to accept any items without them being properly accounted for on the inventory list.

Please bring a physical copy of the inventory list at time of drop-off.

(If you are a baked goods vendor and will be dropping your items off every morning to the boutique, you will need to provide a new inventory list each drop-off)

3. TAG
Tagging your items is how one of ways we reconcile your inventory with the amount of money you make. Its really important that you have all your items properly tagged, with the tags we provide, in the follow ways:

A digital copy of your tag with the assigned vendor number will be sent to the provided email address. On your digital copy of your tags, we will provide the vendor number and ask that you properly fill out all item names and prices. This option can help with expediting the tagging process. These tags will then need to be printed on the vendor assigned color paper.

Tags will need to be easily removable on each item for our checkout process. The tag will be removed and save with your inventory list. This is one of the ways we will keep track of items that are sold. (see examples below)

All items tagged will need to match the inventory list. We will not accept any items that are not tagged or incorrectly tagged. Special deals and discounts will not be accepted. e.g. 2 for the price of one. Each item will need to have its own price.

Please bring your items in your own boxes that are labeled with your assigned vendor number.
